An authentic fermented Korean sauce, Ssamjang has just the right amount of kick, which adds a depth of flavour to grilled meats and vegetables like nothing else. It’s so flavoursome no additional seasoning is required. Although it’s best known as a BBQ marinade, it's great for dressing salads and dipping snacks — it’s simply good with everything!
