These fruit pulp vinegars have endless uses. Made by A L'Olivier, they have a good balance of sweetness and acidity and are bursting with fresh flavour. The texture is fairly viscous, which means that they work well reduced down after deglazing a pan, or in a salad dressing, or even over ice-cream.

We have no company vehicles. We travel to meetings with clients, our office, and shop by bicycle, public transport and the occasional taxi when necessary. Most of our staff regularly commute to the office on foot or by bike.
