The Perales de Valdueza estate in Spain have been producing some of the world’s finest olive oils for over half a century. The Merula olives are organically grown on land that has bourne olives since Roman times. This is a versatile oil that can be used for dipping, cooking and finishing a dish.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a delicate aroma; sweet meadow grass and perfumed marjoram give way to a gentle nuttiness at the front of the mouth. Soft and subtle, this oil would pair beautifully with white fish or boiled new potatoes.

We have no company vehicles. We travel to meetings with clients, our office, and shop by bicycle, public transport and the occasional taxi when necessary. Most of our staff regularly commute to the office on foot or by bike.
