Do I need an account with HOLD to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to shop online, alternatively you can purchase as a guest.

However, creating an account will allow you to move more swiftly through the purchasing process: you will be able to save your personal details, store multiple delivery addresses and peruse past orders.

How can I return my purchase?

We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Purchases made online can also be returned in our Brighton store.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

What are the available delivery options?

We offer complimentary UK standard shipping for orders above £50. Please select your shipping offer in the checkout for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Can I collect my order in store?

Of course. If you select in store collection, you will receive an email when your items are ready.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer delivery to selection of international countries.

What can be shipped internationally?

Almost all our products can be shipped internationally, with some restrictions around products containing alcohol and aerosols that are restricted in some countries. If there are any restricted items in your shopping bag, you’ll be asked to remove these before continuing to checkout.

Where possible we have included the duties and taxes in the product price, however in some instances duties & taxes may be shown at checkout.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, HOLD will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details.

All orders are shipped from our shop in Brighton.

When will my order be shipped?

Order placed before 10am (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10am, or on weekends, will be dispatched on the following business day.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Tracking your parcel

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page.
