Sales Assistant (Part Time, Brighton)

HOLD is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced sales assistant who shares our passion for good design and sustainability. You are a key attribute with the ability to be part of a small team.

As an expert at delivering personable customer service, your skills will contribute to our ongoing success, maximise sales and meet KPIs.

Day to day, you will greet customers, present our products in a warm and personable manner, deal with inbound deliveries, and process web orders. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing store procedures.
  • Cash handling.
  • Maintaining store standards.
  • Dealing with customer queries, issues and complaints.
  • Inventory control, including stock takes, replenishments, deliveries and preventing theft.

  • Job Type:

  • Part-time: 15 hours, Saturday & Sunday, possible overtime.
  • Ideal start date 20th August.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Educated to A level standard.
