Bamford
A love of natural, ethical products led Carole Bamford to found Bamford in 2006. They now work in collaboration with skilled craftspeople from across the world.
Social Sustainability
Carole Bamford's quest for living a more conscious and sustainable life started in 2002 when she converted her family's farms to organic holdings. Bamford is passionate about our planet and its people and, in 2020, was certified by Positive Luxury with the Butterfly Mark, for its commitment to social and environmental sustainability. They work with craftspeople from across the world to preserve craft and heritage traditions that may otherwise be lost. These communities are just as important to the company as the products they produce.
Environmental Responsibility
The natural ingredients for their beauty and bath products are grown in soil that meets the COSMOS standard accredited by the soil association. This monitors water usage, waste and the recyclability of packaging. Bamford often use high-quality vessels that can be reused and innovative packaging made of recycled cotton paper.
Positive Luxury
Geranium, rose, and blackcurrant buds are just a few of the natural ingredients Bamford uses to create luxurious products for your bath and body. They believe that what you put on your body is just as important as the food you eat. Oils, herbs and florals blended naturally to feel and smell divine.
