Archivist Gallery
Based in Oxfordshire, Archivist Gallery is a family-run business producing beautiful paper goods printed on a letterpress. They print vintage and contemporary designs to the highest standard, creating stunning cards, prints and matchboxes.
Behind the Brand
The family-run business was set up by husband and wife duo William and Sarah in 1998 with the aim of producing beautiful things using letterpress printing techniques. They began by scouring the archives of the Natural History Museum in London for images to print and now work with international artists to produce an exemplary range of cards, prints and luxury matches. They now boast the largest dedicated printing press facility in Britain.
Quality and Beauty
Each item produced by Archivist Gallery is of the highest quality. This is because all of their products are made with love by four expert craftsman, six vintage machines and years of combined experience. From the luxurious paper, to their colourful inks and gorgeous designs, all their products have that special feeling.
Sustainability
Archivist gallery endeavours to tread lightly on our planet and only use sustainably sourced wood, all of their packaging is FSC accredited and their cellophane wrapping is biodegradable. They don't use any smelly nasties in their matches either as they are free from toxins like sulphur or zinc oxide.
